Gotta try Oils with Allison's lymphatic massage

I must emphasize that this post is not sponsored by anyone. However, after reaping the benefits of my massage sessions for more than two years and still enjoying them, I felt compelled to jot down my experiences and thoughts about this service.

A few years ago, I stumbled upon this service through a Facebook ad. It was the first time I had seen a massage center promoting Young Living Essential Oils. At that time, I had just finished using my Young Living anti-cellulite massage oil gifted by my sister, and I had a positive experience with that product as well.

During my first visit to this service center, I requested a relaxing massage. However, midway through the session, the masseur performed some massage techniques on my abdomen. I didn't feel any discomfort or pain in my intestines, but when she applied pressure, it felt like the knots in my gut became untangled, and I felt even better afterward.

After the session, I inquired about the type of massage I received and was told that it was actually part of a lymphatic massage.

Upon googling the benefits of lymphatic massage, I discovered numerous advantages, including improved lymphatic circulation, reduced swelling and edema, boosted immune function, pain relief, enhanced detoxification, alleviation of certain symptoms, and promotion of relaxation and stress relief.

For my next session, I booked a lymphatic massage, which costs RM148 for 90 minutes as a first trial. When you're in good health, the massage should be enjoyable and painless. However, if there are blockages, the massage therapist will help to unblock them, and this may involve some discomfort for the healing effects.

The more frequently you get massages, the fewer blockages you're likely to have and the less pain you'll have to endure. However, due to the slightly higher price of RM188 for subsequent sessions, I schedule them every four months (partly due to the discomfort).

Considering the benefits of lymphatic massage for immunity, I rarely get sick and am thus more productive in my life and work. If it helps me avoid illness and costly medical bills, then the expenditure is considered very small but highly valuable.

Another aspect I appreciate about visiting this place is the ambiance—it feels like a high-class establishment with minimal payment. I love the décor of each room (even the toilet), the mist fragrance, the cleanliness, and, of course, the very polite, friendly, and skilled staff.

I've never had a bad experience at this spa center throughout my visits in the past two years, nor have I found another one in Kota Kinabalu that provides such an experience.

With such high standards, I believe their services would make excellent gifts for my family members and friends. Since embracing a minimalist lifestyle, I've learned that giving someone an "experience" rather than material items helps minimize clutter at home too.
