About 15 minutes from the Keningau town, lies a hidden gem for tourists who want to explore more of this less travelled site of Sabah interior.
After two years of pandemic, this temple located at Ansip road, is surprisingly well maintained.
The gigantic statue of Guan Yin overlooking the town is definitely the highlight of this temple.
I must say caretaker(s) of this temple is good in making the place more beautiful with the pretty flowers...that attract bees.
In contrary, there are also cute and tiny statues surrounded by the colorful plants.
There are not much information I can find about this temple. But, from the plaque I saw in front of the temple showed the then Chief Minister Datuk Seri Yong Teck Lee officiated it on Sept 28, 1997
