Most of all, I LIKE MOST the Deep fried Eggplants with Red and Green capsicums. Highly recommend dish and would likely to order it again on my next visit.
Chef's signature Bean Curd is soft inside and crispy outside. I love the just right amount of chili flakes sprinkled at the outer layer.
Stir-fried Sea Prawns with salted egg cream sauce is for someone who love seafood and salted egg. You got the best of both world in one dish.
