Hinava is a traditional native dish of the Kadazan-Dusun people in Sabah. It is made from fish and mixed with lime juice, bird's eye chili, sliced shallots and grated ginger.

During Kaamatan, Bree and I just stayed home and celebrated the festival by learning Kadazan culture. When I saw the 50 per cent off on all beverages at Sutera Harbour Resort's Horizon restaurant, I said, why not giving a treat to myself and Bree.

Horizons restaurant

I have heard about the nice ambiance at Horizons, with the stunning sunset view and dining under the stars. Unfortunately, the sky was filled with heavy cloud (which still beautiful scenery).  



When kiddo arrived here, she asked why would we come for the sunset view as we could see the phenomenon from our house.

The menu has Korean Fried Chicken (RM25), Bree is happy with that and just enjoyed munching her favourite food.
