From 1 January – 31 March 2021, Rasa Ria chef has created a new seasonal menu offering a variety of classic Japanese cuisine recreated with a modern twist in addition to the favourite Teppan-yaki.
Executive Sous Chef, Ben Lee, leads a team of talented chefs offering quality produce in a creative way. Kozan offers both Teppan-yaki and a la carte dining along with a range of options from our Sake trolley and Kozan cocktails created by our bar team.
